Modern Slavery Declaration
OmniLearn.space and Afflatus Consulting Group are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. This Modern Slavery Statement is made pursuant to applicable modern slavery legislation and sets out the steps we take to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child labor have no place in our operations or supply chains. We expect the same commitment from all our partners, suppliers, and contractors. We recognize that modern slavery is a global issue that requires vigilance and proactive measures.
Our Business & Supply Chain
Afflatus Consulting Group operates primarily in the professional services and technology sectors. Our supply chain includes technology infrastructure providers, cloud hosting services, payment processors, and content creation partners. We assess the modern slavery risk within our supply chain as part of our vendor onboarding and review processes.
Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
We conduct due diligence on new suppliers and review existing suppliers on a periodic basis. Our risk assessment considers factors such as geographic location, industry sector, and the nature of the labor involved. High-risk suppliers are subject to enhanced due diligence and may be required to provide evidence of their own anti-slavery policies.
Policies & Training
We maintain a code of conduct that explicitly prohibits modern slavery practices. All employees are made aware of our policies and their responsibility to report any concerns. We encourage the reporting of any suspected modern slavery through our confidential reporting channels. We review and update this statement annually.
Reporting Concerns
If you suspect or become aware of any modern slavery practices related to our business, please report it immediately to ethics@omnilearn.space. All reports will be investigated promptly and in confidence. No person will be penalized for raising a concern in good faith.
