These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OmniLearn.space ("Platform"), operated by Afflatus Consulting Group. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. Last updated: March 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using OmniLearn.space, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address or Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. OmniLearn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes. You must not: (a) copy, distribute, or publicly display content without permission; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform; (c) upload malicious code or interfere with the Platform's operation; (d) impersonate another user or entity; (e) use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
OmniLearn offers multiple subscription tiers: Explorer (Free), Specialist, Visionary, and Nexus (Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Enterprise (Nexus) contracts are governed by separate agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on OmniLearn.space — including courses, videos, podcasts, documents, implementation guides, and software — is the intellectual property of Afflatus Consulting Group or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal or organizational learning purposes only.
6. User-Generated Content
By posting reviews, forum topics, or other user-generated content, you grant OmniLearn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our community guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
OmniLearn.space is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afflatus Consulting Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
