We also collect usage data automatically: learning progress, content interactions, quiz scores, time spent, device information, IP address, and browser type. For enterprise customers, we may receive user data through SCIM provisioning from your identity provider.

We use your data to: (a) provide and personalize your learning experience; (b) power AI-driven content recommendations and learning path suggestions; (c) track progress, issue certificates, and manage gamification rewards; (d) communicate account-related information and platform updates; (e) improve our platform and develop new features; (f) comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. AI & Machine Learning
OmniLearn uses machine learning models (including embedding-based recommendations) to personalize your experience. Your learning patterns, preferences, and progress data may be used to train and improve these models. We do not use your personal data for purposes unrelated to the Platform. You may opt out of personalized recommendations in your account settings.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the Platform (hosting, email, payment processing); (b) your employer or organization if you are on an enterprise plan; (c) law enforcement when required by law. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@omnilearn.space. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Enterprise customers benefit from additional security features including SSO integration, SCIM provisioning, and role-based access control.
